Generation Kind

Real causes.
Real impact.

Generation Kind offers 4-week programs and single sessions for kids to talk about kindness and experience the act of giving back.

It's more than a volunteer hour. It's a full learning experience. Every session blends literacy, vocabulary, social-emotional learning, and meaningful hands-on volunteering.

A new partner, every week

Each week, kids learn about a different partner organization, from animal shelters to food pantries to children's hospitals, and complete a project that directly supports their work.

The Kindness Ring

Every session ends with a small charm to add to their Kindness Ring, a growing, visible reminder of every act of kindness they've completed.

How it works

Here's what a typical session looks like.

01

Read & Reflect

Each session starts with a story and a short discussion: story time, a word of the day, and kids sharing their own moments of kindness.

02

Meet the Mission

Kids learn about a real local organization and the people or causes it helps, through simple, age-appropriate messaging that's powerfully relatable.

03

Hands-On Project

Kids roll up their sleeves for an actual volunteer project: cooking meals, packing backpacks with school supplies, making cards, assembling care kits, reading to puppies, and more.

04

Take It Home

Everyone comes back together to share how they helped and what they learned. Every child leaves with a charm for their Kindness Ring, plus a simple kindness task before next week.
